By using the Pollegary Pets website, you agree to the collection of data necessary to process orders, to the accuracy of the information provided at registration, and to the pricing and stock availability policies in effect at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to decline orders suspected of fraud. This site is operated in the United States and governed by applicable U.S. federal and state law.
Privacy Policy
We only collect the data necessary to process orders and improve your experience (name, email, address and purchase history). We do not sell personal data to third parties. You can request deletion of your data at any time via our contact email. Residents of states with specific privacy laws (such as California) have additional data access and deletion rights available upon request.
Refunds & Returns
Unopened, unused products can be exchanged or returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Opened food and treat items are not eligible for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method (card, PayPal or Venmo); refunds for orders paid via Zelle are issued as a bank transfer back to the sender.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination state, calculated automatically at checkout based on the ZIP code entered. Free shipping on orders over $49. At this time, we deliver only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
