What is the delivery time for orders?
Orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered in 3 to 7 business days within the United States via USPS, UPS or FedEx. The estimated timeframe is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How does the return and exchange policy work?
You have up to 30 calendar days after delivery to request an exchange or return for unopened, unused products. Opened food and treat items are not eligible for hygiene reasons.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit card, PayPal and Venmo at checkout. Zelle is also accepted as a direct bank transfer — orders paid via Zelle are marked “awaiting confirmation” until our team manually verifies receipt.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking code. Status is also available under “My Account”.
Are the products vet-approved?
Yes. Our product curation is reviewed by partner veterinarians before entering the catalog, prioritizing safety and nutritional quality.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At the moment, physical shipping is available only within the United States (48 contiguous states). Customers in other countries are welcome to browse the catalog for future planning.
Is there a subscription or auto-reorder option for food?
